It is important to have a goal plan to make changes. This starts with a goal affirmation stated as though you are already doing the action. This is also to be stated affirmatively connecting to the word “I” with a present tense verb. Set three priorities that you want to have better outcomes. Number them and let’s begin with number one. Affirm the solution and this becomes your goal. Do the worksheet for better understanding and continue affirming the results you choose.
