This class is intended for anyone who has felt stressed from ineffective time management and chooses to implement a constructive plan of organization. Learn the Law of subtraction and the power to set boundaries.

Learn the power of goal setting and implementation of planning.  Time inefficiency is one of the primary causes of stress.

Effective time management involves editing your schedule, setting boundaries and establishing priorities to stop procrastination and duplication of effort.  Disorganized behavior stems from a scattered mind of too much input and too much effort.  This pattern of behavior in the self-driven individual can lead to health problems.

Have fun with art, sound color, breath and mindfulness activities.
