Balancing your emotions with Vibration-Based Therapies

Theory of Balancing Emotions and Controlling Your Mind

Rev. Patrice Joy, MA, Holy Fire Reiki II Master Instructor

Balancing emotions has long been a challenge in psychology, science and physiology. If an individual lives in a continual state of stressful emotion, the body systems break down, as well as mental stability. Patterns of chronic environmental pressures result in ulcers, high blood pressure, neurosis and depression to name a few. The emotions of anger, fear and guilt are the most prevalent emotions that cause this stress. Changes take place in the body’s chemical balance resulting in lower brain and organ function. We are each in control of the world we create by the choices we make. Choosing  to focus on positive aspects that are self-supportive leads the individual to set boundaries. Thus, the person forms new relationships which aid in harmony and replacement of struggle and self-judgment. The emotional response of anger usually goes back to earlier experiences of association, lack of personal power and safety.

Awareness is the first step in stopping this pattern. Thought replacement is the key to stabilizing in a supportive  emotional base. In this process, one gains personal empowerment and  is controlled from within . A person is either living in the driver’s seat or passenger place being driven by influences outside of one’s self. Many times these are from the past, are fears that are imagined or guilt which is projected  from the actions of others. Whether real or imagined, it is not functional to carry this baggage around. All emotions hold a vibration. Peaceful and joyful energy is supportive to optimal, clear thinking and better health. Emotions of anger, fear and guilt drain energy and destroy health of mind, body and spirit. Everything vibrates and the “Law of Attraction” sorts out matching vibrational frequencies. Our feelings tell us what vibrational frequency we are tuned to. They return to you precisely what you are putting out. Our words attract what we can expect. “What you say is what you get by  this vibrational attraction. It is critically important to visualize what you do want, instead of what you don’t want.

The mind acts as a force field drawing to it what is expressed within. Thoughts create a composite of vibration. Mind is the initiator.  Through raising the personal vibrational field with uplifting thoughts, struggles and trauma can be removed from one’s core point of reference and resulting experiences. Through the process of one’s output of thoughts and resulting feelings, sound waves  are emited. An individual acts as a magnetic receiving station to draw in higher or lower energies depending on output of the person.  We are all using these natural laws to create fulfilment of goals. Self-hypnosis can be used to filter certain thoughts such as fear, anger and guilt which depress and slow down the energy field. The vibration takes on a density and broadcasts a chaotic frequency. When these slower, more concentrated energy fields are replaced with uplifting energy, harmony in these fields can bring improved health. Healing can then be activated by raising the vibration of a cell, organ, gland and thought.

Healing with vibration has been practiced by ancient civilizations throughout time. This is a return to the wisdom of natural laws from indigenous cultures in Africa, Australia, China, Japan and Asia, who used the vibration of color, sound and stones as means to bring inner balance. Monks throughout Europe, Tibet and other countries were masters at visualization and chanted hours as they prayed and did daily chores. They discovered they had greater health in mind, body and spirit with these practices. Vibrational Therapy may be rapidly becoming a science of the future in the medical field. Several modalities use postures to access the Chi Life Force (primary life energy) such as Reiki, Tai Chi, Chi-Lel Qigong, Mudras, Asanas and Yoga. Acupressure, Reflexology & Accu-tapping are stimulated energetically to release the flow of life force in this ancient healing art to bring balance and vibrant health.  Energetic Touch, Reiki, Potent Point, Acupuncture and Axitonal Therapy open the flow of energy in the body meridians. (lines of energy discovered in ancient eastern medicine.) Indigenous medicine persons throughout many cultures have extraordinary knowledge about harmonics as a key for transformation. Sound waves bridge different dimensional zones in altered states. Vibrations are coming to us now from the fifth to the ninth dimensions. Since color and sound are vibration, these can be added to an image to get even greater impact. Each color and tone have a different wave length and vibratory effect on living tissue and cells.

There are various combination of tools to review and purposefully restructure one’s energy field to attract love and success. Here are some of these:

Chanting/Toning: Sounds are ultrasonic beams of light, which rearrange molecules. A calm mind and relaxed body vibrates at a higher vibratory rate of frequency. (Goldman, 1998)

Self-hypnosis: Learn inner control and filter certain thoughts such as fear, anger and guilt which create negative emotional responses. Free the rhetoric of thought chains which repeat  stereotyped belief systems. Replace core thoughts in the unconscious to those which support your goals.

Breath: Breathing in to the count of four and exhaling to the count of four can create   calm states of emotional and mental well-being. These affect the brain’s biochemical balance and have a healing effect on the whole body.  (Benson, 1993)

Affirmations: Practice making intentions in the present tense as if they have already happened. Experience the emotional of gratitude as you state, “I am healthy and happy.” (Hay, 1982)

Energetic Touch: Acupressure points and meridians are stimulated energetically to release the flow of life force in this ancient healing art to bring balance and vibrant health.  (Goldman, 1998) A primary purpose for frequency shifting involves expanding consciousness. This prompts the individual to alter his/her lifestyle and begin to understand the connection to others, to the planet and to the all life.  We are connected to the animals, the plants, the trees and the whole eco-system. When any life form is endangered, it upsets the balance in nature. This imbalance effects our climatic conditions and inner earth status of the fault and lay lines of the earth grids. When the races and religions realize tolerance, we can begin to find inner and outer world peace and balance.
